We use generative AI technology to provide Remodelers a fast, accurate, and intuitive way to create construction cost estimates in minutes. There are 600,000+ contractors in the US who could be the Users of Handoff and we’re looking for teammates as passionate as we are to help us win this market.

The team at 1build is distributed worldwide and comes from top technology companies such as Apple, Tesla, and WeWork.
As a member of the Sales team at Handoff, you will:
- Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.
- Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.
- Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.
- Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.
- Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users.
- Utilize objection handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe.
- Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Tech-savvy, always finding ways to make your process more efficient and effective.
- Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks — CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc.
